Hello everyone. I am scheduled for surgery on June 8th and am trying to be prepared for post surgery diet.

What brands of clear protein did you try and which ones where your favorite?

Isopure has some good flavors. Mango Peach is yummy. I have to tell you that these drinks are only good served ice cold.

I love the nectar brand they have so many flavors that have a juice taste to them. I really like the lemon tea reminds me of Lipton instant tea w lemon.

Unjury is good. So is Quest. Avoid products marketed to body builders - too many calories.
