How long until you received a date?

Is it realistic to think I could get a September date if I have everything completed for insurance and have my first appointment beginning of June with the Dr? I completed my 6 month nutritionist sessions already. [emoji4]

    I would think that is indeed possible given you had your 6 NUT visits already.

    Yes I did. My insurance allowed me to go back 2 years for the nutritionist.
