Vitamins in Pregnancy

I recently found out I'm pregnant and I'm worried I may not be getting enough vitamins. My bloods were all good except my red blood cell distribution width was slightly high. I am taking 1 prenatal vitamin and 1 DHA per day. The vitamin has 1mg of folic acid in it. Does anyone know if this is sufficient? I was worried if I took two a day I'd be getting too much of some things. My surgeon hasn't responded and my OB told me to contact him as she wasn't sure following bariatric surgery.

Thanks!

How far out are you!?

The surgeon probably won't know either. Can you find a nutritionist to work with?

Ultimately your nutrition needs don't change from those of any pregnant woman. Whether you can meet those needs after surgery is the question.

How far along in pregnancy are you? How long post op? What does your diet look like?
