A year out.... so what are you eating ?

So I am 11 months and am in a six month stall - not as dramatic as it sounds because I'm not eating what I should ( but not gaining, so yay for me ) . I am really busy at work and don't really have a lot of time, but need to add some variety

Any ideas of simple foods to eat? What are your examples of lunch or dinner ?

I know you have said you don't have a strong relationship with carbs - I'm not so lucky. I had read someone indicate they have kept their carbs to under 20. - I am thinking to try that - I haven't ever had a target like that - so I'm going to try it

I track every day. I track mainly to make sure I eat enough, not that I eat too little.

Never thought about tracking to make sure I am eating enough. What do you use? MFP?

I use http://www.loseit.com/

I hate MFP with the heat of 1000 suns. They allow so much user added content and people suck at math so bad, almost all the information in there inaccurate.Plus they charge a fortune for premium and their UX designers suck.

LoseIt has items that have green check marks next to them, those are verified. You can also easily add your own information, and make recipes etc.

I use premium and I like all the goal tracking and the badges. I'm still trying to get that 200 pound loss badge.

Their forums have a lot of useful information too.

When I am home I track on the PC, when I am out I track on my phone

It is way to easy to have a busy day, forget to eat and be too low on protein.

Thanks.. will check it out too ..

Your " plan" is pretty simple - no fruits or anything else, huh. You have to love simplicity. I can see that in most of your posts too . Thanks

Try it out for a week and see if you like it. If you want premium it is $39.99 but if you hunt around the internet you can usually find it for 29.99

I actually eat a lot of stuff or it seems like it to me. I create my variety in cuts of meats and spices. I didn't eat pork for over 20 years and I started eating it last year for variety. I eat lamb, buffalo, all the fish.

I heard trying a keto diet. It helps break a stall. God bless.
