So I'm 6 weeks post op. If you've read my posts before you know I was struggling really bad with not eating things I shouldn't such as bread/carbs/sugar. Well happy to say I got past that. But now I have a new problem, I simply don't seem to eat! I try and try but everything just makes me feel blah and I end up with days like today where all I've had is one cheese stick and some gummy vitamins. Clearly I know this isn't HEALTHY but how will this affect my weight loss goals?! I want to lose as quickly as possible (who doesn't) but I just can't seem to stomach any more food right now. And before someone says protein shakes, I can't keep them down. Since I woke up from surgery they make me vomit instantly.
