Hunger

Hello all. I just had gastric sleeve surgery about 7 weeks ago. I am noticing I'm hungry a lot. More than usual. When I eat something I don't feel like it's in my stomach and I feel like my stomach is always empty even though I do eat small meals. Has anyone experienced this. Also, I stopped loosing weight.

Yeah to be honest I have a habit of eating and drinking at the same time. And I don't think I have been getting my daily protein.

I have to have 96 ounces of liquids with half containing electrolytes

  • I find that everyone has a different plan. Follow yours. I have found that that the standard (on this site) is 64 oz of water, 80 grams of protein (give or take a little), and wait 30-45 mins before

I'll keep that in mind. I am drinking a lot of Water. But I really don't think I'm eating enough Protein. That's my problem maybe. As far as tracking, I'm using my fitness pal.

Not hitting your protein can cause things to slow down. I'm good at getting 60-70 a day but wondering if part of my stall is if I need it higher. I'm adding a protein shake back into my daily diet to see if that extra bump helps out any.
