Pre op Diet Blues

Okay So I went to see my Surgeon March 30th. He gave me a pre-op diet to follow for a month because of my high BMI. April 13th I went to weigh in to check progress and I had lost 18 pounds in 2weeks! I was excited because I only have 40 more to lose before I get my endoscopy and my date. However, I don't feel like I have lost anymore and I have been doing the same thing as I was doing when I lost the 18. I exercise but Im limited to some things. Should I try and do more? My surgeon is leaving the current facility in a month or 2 and going to a new one where they aren't so proficient in bariactric surgery so I don't want to have surgery there, so I'm trying to lose all I have to now before he leaves.
