Hair Loss

Hello everyone. I had my surgery 11/30, I've lost 77 lbs so far. I feel great but my hair will not stop falling out!! I've had to chop most of it off to stop clogging my shower! I know this is common with weight loss but I need to know if this will stop on it's own or do I need to take supplements and if so, what? Please help!

    biotin honey 3 times the dosage should stop it

    I am almost 3 months out and have been taking biotin 10,000 one time a day for 2 months. Can I increase the dose and if so how much? My hair is thinning daily. Help!

    mine thinned too, but im 66 so i know that affected me too. but i think it has stopped taking extra biotin.
