Diet Questions

Hey all! Had my sleeve on March 23. Curious as to what my calorie intake should be roughly four weeks out. I'm currently consuming 900-1100 calories a day, easily hitting my protein goal (80-100g a day). i've seen a lot of posts on here about how people are having trouble and still can't keep food down, etc. am i just lucky? am i doing something wrong? i feel really good and have been jogging two to three times a week. down almost 30lbs since the operation and about 60lbs down since feb 1 when i started my pre op diet. thanks!

John

you aren't doing anything wrong. everybody is different -- as long as you are meeting your surgeon's guidelines and losing weight, you are doing well.
