timeframe for BCBS approval?

hi,

i am new to this forum. i completed all of my surgeon's requirements today, and the office will submit my packet soon. I'm wondering how long it generally takes BCBS federal to make their decision whether to approve the surgery or not. (my bmi is between 35 and 40 and i have several co-morbidities). thanks!
