I need a gym buddy...

One of you lovely people has to conveniently live in Tucson so you can make me go to the gym on a more regular basis, right????

I'm going to go crazy. I'm losing it.

I need a swift kick in the butt or something, but this going to the gym alone thing is getting very old.

Here's an idea that I used...I took a spinning class and a kickboxing class. There was a gal in there (very fit and super nice) and we chatted daily. Soon, we were working out together and now she is one of my best friends in and out of the gym. SO, instead of looking for a workout buddy on the OUTSIDE of the gym, find one INSIDE the gym...she's already working out and has the commitment that you can lean on when a tough day comes up!!!

Come join us on the exercise thread October 07 Exercise!!!!!!!!!!!!

We'll make you feel really guilty about not working out.

And like the above post suggested, be at the gym so much that you get to know the people. Ask peeps what time it is, when such and such class starts, or if they have ever taken that class.

I know taking classes seems sorta girly, but not necessarily. There are a ton of guys in my spin class!
