Delmarva Surgeons and Programs

Hello! I have done a search of the boards but really did not find any helpful answers. I am in the beginning process of this journey and I am still trying to find a surgeon. Has anyone on the board used a surgeon on Delmarva or lower Delaware?

Just trying to get people's experiences with Naticoke, PRMC and AGH and their doctors and programs. I am also willing to go across the bay or up to Philly if need be.

Shellybelly31, I live in lower Sussex Co. I had my Gastric sleeve in Dec. 2016. I choose Christiana Weight Loss program in Wilmington. My surgeon was Dr Iragau. The program, services and surgeon were all excellent. I do not have anything but praise for all of them. Surgery was in Wilmington Hospital with great nursing care. The classes are held in Smyrna if you cccan work it into your schedule. I hope this helps you. Good luck

Thank you for your post! I will look at Christiana for sure, didn't even think of them. Smyrna isn't too far for me so that could work.

Good luck...start with their seminar..it will give you a road map for what to expect
