I feel great. It has been a very hard and long road but I'm finally over half way to my goal. I have no more diabetes and no more sleep apnea so I feel so much more healthy.

In the beginning I was very doubtful and quite depressed but it was all worth it.

    Yeah no problem. I started at a size 26 and was 310lb now I'm a size 16 and 209lb [emoji2] xx
