5.5 month stall...

3 week stall [emoji818]️

3 month stall [emoji818]️

I am at about 5.5 months and haven't lost anything in two weeks. Has anyone gone through this around this time? If so how long did it last and any recommendations to get through it.

  • A lot depends on where you are in relation to goal. I slowed down around that time, but I had already lost a lot of the easy weight. I'm still losing now exactly 8 months in, but slower. Keep doing

I am also 5 months and have not lost anything in 3 weeks. I see the surgeon on Tuesday, but I did email them and they told me to up my calorie intake. Issue, I really have problems eating. Shrimp, chicken, beef I take a bite and that is it. I can handle soup, yogurt, ground turkey (very small amounts) beans, but this gets old. So it will be interesting to see what advice the surgeon has for me.
