The struggle is the protein shakes for breakfast.

April 18th sleever also , no pre-op diet because I have a low BMI.... but I was told not to gain wight. But since receiving my surgery date, I've been eating up everything. I think I'm gonna Put myself on a diet...starting Monday ...lol.

That is great that you don't have do a diet I'm doing diet starting April 3 but I can eat green veggie and turkey chicken breast tuna and fish just day before is clear liquid my surgery is April 17

I was approved with a tentative surgery date for April 17th. I don't have to do the 2 week liquid diet, just a low card diet but have to go liquid 2 days before the surgery. My plans is to do a 2 meal replacement shake with 1 meal. I've been having a lot of food funerals so I don't want to gain anymore weight before surgery. My last food funeral with be at my all time favorite burger joint The Vortex! I'm tired of eating and I'm ready to start my new way of life!!!
