Thanks everyone! Now that I think about it, the eggs and steak were pretty dry. Will make sure to moisten my food and eat slower. I've been pretty good so far and haven't eaten anything with hi

And 30 pounds weight loss is great! My experience was 10 - 15 pounds a month the first 9 months and then it slows down.

Hi, everyone! Question - I hear about everyone "dumping" after rny but I haven't experienced it yet and I am 9 weeks out, but I haven't had anything with sugar. What have experienced twice, though, is a discomfort or "stuck" feeling right in the center of my chest at my sternum. This has only happened recently, when I tried a small amount of finely cut steak and tonight when I had some scrambled eggs. Anyone else have this happen, and is this normal?
I've also lost 30lbs since surgery on 1/18/17. Does that sound about right for weight loss? Just curious. thanks!
