OMG whats going on??!!! are you eating differently? ive always felt that im able to eat too much@ once, therefore its significantly stopped losing.. r u stress eating? when did it start? sorry 2 b *all in it*

i hade the surgery on 12/23/13
and i gained back about 30 pounds.. and having it really hard getting back on track... any advice?



it happened in the past year or so.
i am not able to ear alot at once... but on thw other hand i dont stop eating. i eat all day long.. and food that is not healthy.
toady i ate so much for a few hours that i felt pain.
i need to switch my thinking
