Don't think on it too much.. i would suggest even keeping your mind busy with other things other than food and weight loss.
People have different reviews on the VSG surgery.. i personally think this one will do it for you!

think of a hobby that you like and try keeping your self busy with that don't think too much on it.. it will drive you crazy.. after a few months or even weeks you won't recognise you're self in the mirror..
i suggest that you maybe buy a sexy dress or a outfit that you hope to fit into someday in a size 10 or 8 and just hang it in your wardrobe.. make sure you see it everyday in a few months this is your goal.. stay focused.. other people who discourage you are 90% of the time too intimidated by the new hot you that they know you will become [emoji8] don't bat an eyelid !
