28 months post surgery struggling

I am 28 months post surgery. I lost about 55 lbs and have 30 more to go. I am struggling with going up and down 5 lbs and feel hungrier than I used to. I am concerned that my stomach stretched and that I won't be able to lose this last 30 lbs. I am kind of at a loss and don't know where to start. I binge on carbs which I know is my main problem, because I find restricting carbs totally so difficult,

i am ready to start working hard again and appreciate any help! I hope my stomach can shrink again??
