Super stressed!

Hi everyone I got my surgery on the 22nd of December to date I have lost 40lbs, however I haven't lost any weight for the last 5 weeks. I dnt know what wrong or if I'm doing something wrong I've been sticking to my Protein and
water, however I have experienced sever constipation I'm overwhelmed, frustrated and feel defeated! Please help !!!

I use Colace and Smooth Move tea for general constipation issues. My PCP does not recommend laxatives - he prefers to treat the problem from below - i.e. using suppositories or enemas. I've only had to do that once.

Protein goal is 60-80.....
Was exercising a lot still no movement bariatric doc said I'm working out too much slowed dwn nothing has changed..... thanks for head up with constipation I'm supposed to do an enema tonight...

I took senokot s and make sure you're eating enough. U should be able to have some normal food. Sometimes at that early stage i'd have to eat more to get things moving..
