Vomiting

Currently I have 5cc in my band, I think it might be to much because I do vomit often. My throat feels sore today at the base of my neck. Wondering if that's the case or if I'm just having tighter days more often? Just don't want to have my band slip.

Vomiting is nothing to play around with, go back to dr. The sore throat maybe stick to liquids for a few days. For me the weather (cold mostly) makes my band tight in am. I saw suggestions here, to drink something hot, I started drinking hot Water with a little lemon in it. Or heat up a cup of almond milk and a splash of coffee for Breakfast.

Even after 6 years, I still have trouble, so don't beat yourself over the head. Eventually you will find a rhythm to the eating and drinking, and a reminder no big bites

good luck

Your band is probably just a little to full, Have you dr. Remove a very small amount & see if that helps. If it still does it remove a tad more. Better that than having a slip. That is what happened to me & Dr. Said give it a few more days for my band to a just & boy was that a mistake. Ended up having to have band completely emptied for about 4 months because of slight slip,am having it slowly filled again now. I'm almost 4 years post op
