Woah...

Got to move onto full liquids today. And had cream of wheat with so happens to be my first "real" food since before my liquid diet and man... it is bizarre how full I got so quickly.

I had 3 tablespoons in my bowl, but was full after about 2 maybe a little more.

Super happy that this is working for me! So full. But my belly seems to be happy at this point
