4 Days Post Op

Hello,

I'm 4 days post op. No pain and I'm able to walk and swallow my liquids just fine... I'm having a bit of trouble with the protein shakes... I can drink them but not matter what consistency they all have run its course for my new taste buds... Any suggestions for protein intake during first weeks post op.
