Flu and dead chesty

I'm 3 week out ov surgery wow this flu ? is bad shaking all night and nose bunged up? Can't sleep up at 1 am worse weekend ever to feel like this wife's away and iv got the kids is there anyone in uk ?? had this what meds can I take safely with gastric sleeve ? Shall I go to doctors or not don't feel in pain just flu and bunged up ?
