I am pre op vsg and I know you get full faster need to focus on Protein etc. my question is l, when you get full quickly are you also feeling satisfied? Like have you noticed your cravings are better and you don't crave more and more portion wise.
Right now I would consider myself someone that doesn't graze all day or snack but when I eat a meal like dinner it is a big meal with seconds- or at a restaurant I don't have left overs, where "normal" people would.
