Empire Plan - UHC/BCBS

Hello! Anyone have NYSHIP Empire Plan (United Health Care/ Blue Cross Blue Shield) I'm currently going through the Bariatric program with UHS here and the coordinator told me that we can't submit any paperwork until 90 days from 2/2, which will bring us to May, for approval to insurance. I'm curious in how long it took for approval & surgery. I'm almost 1/2 through the program. And am trying to envision a timeline .. I'm hopefully for early June.
