Hospitalization

Welp, I haven't been on here for a while. I was hospitalized 2 weeks ago for a few days due to dehydration and vitamin deficiency. The nurse tried to put the IV in my right hand and my vein blew due to being so dehydrated. She had to put it in my right wrist. That sucked big time!! I am now 2 months out and still get sick sometimes. I'm trying to get my fluids in more but it's still a challenge. I started eating a protein bar a day to get some variety in my life. I still hate food. Haha I'm happy about my progress though but hate ketosis. I am trying to get more carbs in even though the Dr doesn't want me to do that. I'm just tired of being sick all the time without the carbs. This is not an easy process but I guess that's what makes it worth it. Anyone else going through something like this or any suggestions? Thanks guys!
