Cramping/constipation relief

Hi all! I am 4 days post op lap RNY. Wanting to know what/how much is safe to take to get things moving? I'm doing tons of walking and getting plenty of fluids, but am still having pretty uncomfortable cramping. No BM yet but passing little bit of gas. Your suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks :)

Hi! I was in the same boat since my RNY was done on 02/20. My nutritionist gave me info before I left the hospital and said that if you had problems with that, you could use suppositories or an enema. Got the Duculax suppositories and it worked great. You may want to try that.
