  3. Absolutely!! I had the lap RNY on Feb 14th. I've pretty much been feeling that way a long time! I'm just trying to tell myself positive things and to follow ALL the drs orders, to decrease any chance of complications. Keep a positive outlook! Hope things continue to go well for you!
  4. Hi all! I am 4 days post op lap RNY. Wanting to know what/how much is safe to take to get things moving? I'm doing tons of walking and getting plenty of fluids, but am still having pretty uncomfortable cramping. No BM yet but passing little bit of gas. Your suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks
