Water loading

I have read the 'rules of the pouch' and they mention 'water-loading'. Is this for bypass patients or for lap band patients as well. Does anyone use this technique between meals?

It is for lap-band as well.

Sometimes we think we are hungry when really just thirsty.

You can fill up on Water - water loading. Creating the fullness feeling - without useless calories.

Hope this helps - and that I explained okay.

Does anyone do this? Seems to not make sense with the band? I thought no drinking with meals, or too soon before and after.

I try to drink a bottle of water before I eat now(remember I am not banded :confused:yet). It seems to take the edge off my hunger.
