Have you had your surgery with him ? Am considering it as well

I'm scheduled to have surgery with him. He seems like a very knowledgeable and kind doctor that knows what he's doing! I'm excited

Im thinking about it too.indid see he had license taken away because of alcohol issue.but thats a long time ago and he did rehab etc. I just want to know if he is goid at mini sleeve procedure. ..seems like a newer procedure...lets us all know what happens good luck!!

Had to reschedule surgery for May 2. I go in for preop tomorrow. Met a girl on here.. she had surgery with him on Thursday and is doing great and already down 10lbs in 4 days! I can't wait!!!

I'm not nervous really, just anxious to get it over with! I have two small kids and so I just want it to be done and come out with no complications! My preop is this morning! How about you!?

I'm not local I live in Ohio and am flying to Texas for the surgery. I'm nervous and anxious too. But I also have 3 kids 3,7,9 and I'm scared of the what if , like about going to sleep and not waking up etc uggg

I think we all have that fear! You are going to do great and you are going to love him! He is so so nice! I had my pre op this morning... it went great! Ready for surgery!! Whoop! I'm so excited. He told me today I can expect to lose 25-30lbs the first month so I'm pumped! Best of luck to you!

That's good, what did you guys talk about at the pre op appt? May I ask what your starting weight is

It was great... got in there did my weight and blood pressure... did a motabolism test... talked to Dr. McCarty for a bit of any concerns I had... and did my blood work and talked to a. Nutritionist and picked up my meds for the night before surgery and the day of. I am so ready for surgeryyyyy!!!! I weighed in at 207 this morning

How long was your pre op appt? My starting weight is 361. Do you have any comorbities?
