Forceval sickness

Hey guys,

I had my first forceval soluable from my GP this morning. Almost immediatley i brought it back up. Ive not had this issue with the chewable OTC vitamins and i take other medications wich are dissolvable which have sat fine. Has anyone else has this issue with forceval? It wasnt exactly a pleasant start to my day and i dont necessarily want to repeat it!

Oh god, I'm sorry. That's terrible. I feel like I'm on one lately with suggesting this, but me and a few others have been on the PatchMD vitamins for months now, and I've had 2 rounds of blood tests and they've all came back perfect. They're a life saver honestly. I couldn't do all the oral vitamins and would forget constantly because my schedule changes almost weekly. So I highly suggest those if you're having trouble with oral vitamins.

Maybe try taking any med you have difficulty with a bite or few of applesauce, that's how I used to get my son to take medications easier. It's worth a try.

I had the same problem , so started taking the capsules , I find I get a couple of minutes of feeling sick . I told my nutritionist and he said there's a medication called baracol , when taken you don't need B12 iron or calcium as it has everything . You can't get it on prescription and it costs about £78 for 3 months supply
