Im not post op but ive heard the following are good,

Isopure RTD drinks

Protien20

Crystal light/sugar free drink mixes that you can add to Water.

broth chicken/beef/veg. (Ive seen some flavored broths too but they seem to be out of stock at most places.)

Protien shakes RTD or powder.(i really like premeir protien rtd so far pre op)

sugar free ice pops.

Sugar free/caffine free tea

Hope this helps

For the Clear liquids post op my list was basically, sugar free flavoring for Water, chicken, beef, and veggie broth, sugar free popsicles, sugar free Jello.

Once I was on full liquids I added premier Protein shakes, okinos zero vanilla yogurt, sugar free pudding, and light or low sodium cream of chicken and cream of mushroom Soup (strained so no chunks passed my lips) diet Splash juice and isopure unflavored Protein Powder. I tried to put some in almost everything i put in my mouth.
