I have told some people about my journey, but it isn't the first thing to discuss when I meet someone. What do you say to people who comment things like "You didn't eat very much!" Or "you didn't like your food?" I'm asking in particular about people that I like and want to keep around so "how much I eat is none of your business" and comments like that aren't an option.
