Trying to get approval

Hello everyone I'm new to this site I have done everything required of me to have surgery but when I went to my last weigh in I was up 3 lbs. I am a congestive heart failure patient and I retain Fluid a lot my question is is there anyone here with atena better health of Virginia who gain a few lbs and got an approval ? And do anyone know what does net weight mean?

I'm not sure about your health insurance but the same situation happen to me so maybe I can help but I am on State insurance for Massachusetts I was on a six-month program and when I was ready for my surgery I had gained 5 pounds. So my insurance denied me and told me I had to lose the 5 pounds and then I got approved

Omg I could just cry I've been trying to get approved for almost 2 year first the doctor denied it because my a1c was high I got that down now I just found out I have congestive heart failure and I have a lot of Fluid this is so disappointing how did you get the fluid off I'm on lasix 160 mg a day oh thank you so much for responding
