Medication adjustments

Clear liquids only since noon... heading to bed now... leaving for hospital in the morning to have my VSG... having no food today has my medication, at its normal dosage, making me feel quite loopy... I wonder if I'll have to talk to my doctor about adjusting the dose, especially while I can't eat more than clear liquids for several days? Anyone else experience this?
