Weight loss

Hello all,

I am required to lose some weight before my lap band surgery on February 10th. I am struggling to lose the last 6 pounds. Does anyone recommend anything or detox that would help? I'd greatly appreciate it.

    I dropped almost 10 pounds in 2 weeks by sticking to a lean diet of 6x premier Protein shakes and 2 cups of vegetables a day. 2 tbsp Fat free dressing with those veggies, I usually made a salad.

    No carbs.

    I was allowed coffee with skim milk and artificial sweetener, also sugar free popsicles, etc.

    That's great! Thank you so much for in the info. I've been eating chicken, a little bit of brown rice and veggies, along with Protein Shakes. It's been 5 days and I have yet to weigh myself. ????
