Weigh in nervousness

I have my 2nd weigh in on Wednesday and I'm so nervous. My weight always fluctuates between one or two pounds in either direction. If I'm even a few ounces higher than my first weigh in, will I get denied by insurance?

I think I may just do a liquid diet until Wednesday hoping it will stay down..
