My surgery is scheduled for April 11th.

Hi I had my Sleeve Gastrectomy on 24th April. In U.K. It all went really well, and I'm doing fine, fortunately my surgeon only has his patients on liquid diet for 24hrs, then puréed / mashed foods for 2-3 wks, then I can eat anything as long as I can cut it with a fork. Does anyone know when you can take normal tablets i.e. Paracetamol. I don't do liquid meds, yeuch ! So have had no pain relief since day 2. But now and again I get a headache and would like to take a painkiller.

I am traveling these days. Appetite is not even half of what it used to be. a few bites and I'm full!! I havent stepped on the scale for 2 weeks now almost, but my clothes are fitting better and I actually wore an outfit I had made 4 yrs ago last week that wouldn't fit. So the NSV's are definitely there!
