I scheduled my nutrition and psychiatric evaluation today. I am going through a center that can do both. The nutrition evaluation is 1.5 hours and the psych evaluation is 4 hours. Are those times close to what others have experienced? 4 hours seems long, but the receptionist said it might not take that long.

I have to do psych evaluation, 3 hrs meet with physician and nutritionist, sleep study, EGD, get cardiac clearance, go to a weight loss support group and 6 months of supervised weight loss classes. Let's see did I forget anything....Ugggh

Pretty much had to do the same thing. The support group/class was optional, but it made it easier to get insurance approval and saved some money on other tests that had to be done.
