I had my gastric bypass on 11/10/16 and id say things are great except my left side where they had to fix a hernia still hurts

Starting weight 412

Thank you guys and yes i lost all the weight in 9 weeks ive been busting my butt with a personal trainer i was released early because i came out of surgery and within minutes i started walking i came home with no pain meds and i take my vitamins and lots of protein

My nerves are shot to heck also. I am just trying to focus on the results and the work I need to do to get to stop being nervous.

I was nervous out of my mind and i was about to pull everything off and walk out but my surgeon ordered something to calm my nerves and the rest is awesome im such a healthier mom to my 4yr old
