Approval letter

Ok, I received a letter approving a hospital stay. Is that the only letter that comes, or did I miss one. I see some received a letter stating the exact procedure. How do I know if i have to do any other requirements? Sorry if I sound stupid but I'm so confused right now. BUT WAS EXCITED TO SEE APPROVED!!!

I was like, we'll why would they approve a hospital stay, if they didn't approve it.

It is just for the hospital to submit, which I have confirmed that they have done.
