Getting the Water in is just one of those things you have to do. Commit yourself to sipping all day long and you'll get it in. Some people find sipping out of a shot glass is helpful. Also, remember that your "food" (e.g., broth and the like) also counts as liquid if that helps.

Good luck!

I had a similar situation. I was getting dehydrated fast. But my nut said popcicles, the liquid mixed with protein power, broth, etc. are considered fluids. So I got creative with all the different flavors of protein. I was nauseous with whey protein but I found ways around gagging with a few flavors by adding frozen berries to some of the flavors mixed with crystal light.

Good Girl - I was going to suggest Crystal Light.

Pre-surgery I would drink almost a gallon of Water per day, before 6pm. NOW- I can't stand the "taste" of water. The crystal light really helped to get me to drink it. I also drink Peppermint tea when I need something warm, that helps.

Good luck. :)

You'll get it Kristen don't worry just keep sipping
