Net Gain versus a pound or two in between?

Ok so my insurance Aetna says no Net gain. I am almost 10 pounds from my starting weight, but afraid I gained 1 or 2 pounds for my last weigh in today. I still have a loss of 8 pounds but will the 1 or 2 pounds gain hurt me?

I have Kaiser and was told as long as I am at or under my start weight, I'm fine. In my case, I need to lose 13lbs to be back at my start weight. Anything over is a bonus. You can always ask your insurance provider for clarification
