Welcome to the forum, @Marlyliciouz. I've already had surgery, but I wanted to say that I was the exact same way before surgery. I would go from excited to nervous to scared to "OMG what the heck am I doing" to excited again - all over the place.

So am I... Did you get your pre-op diet yet?

No not yet i still have like1or2 more appointment before i start my pre-op diet i think for more blood work

Hmm, not really, not yet at least.

It's still early, though; I'm not even a month post-op.

I'm scheduled for VSG on February 13th. I think it's completely natural for our emotions to be all over the place & to question what we are doing, this surgery is permanently removing 80% of our stomach and it cannot be undone. But I do believe we will become healthier, stronger & more beautiful women in the end.
