happy had first appt

yesterday I had my frist appt with the surgeon I am so excitied. He put me on a 1200-1400 calorie diet for six weeks, and I have to excersies 4 days a week for 45 min. ANd then I go back in 11/1 and see how I do I am so emotional and happy to start my new life.

Congrats!! Sounds like you are motivated and ready to go!! Goodluck with the pre-op diet, it makes it a little easier sticking with it when it feels like "for real this time!" - with the lap band you know you won't gain it back overnight like we all have done in the past.. Anyway keep us informed on how everything goes!
