Stomach cramps

Does anyone have the feeling once in awhile you have been punched in the stomach and feel cramping. It's very discomforting and I'm post op week 5 bariatric bypass

      Omg yes in fact today it happened im six weeks out. It comes out of the blue. The only thing i can figure is its gas. Plus i dont think we are healed completely from the inside. Sent from my SM-G920

    Thanks I've been taking gas x and it helps and agree about being gas thanks for the response at least I know I'm not alone

    I got it a couple of times. First after eating sashimi and second after having some spicy bbq. Guess my body isn't ready for either. Overeating can cause cramps too. Stop the minute you feel full or you'll pay the price!
