I wore mine for three weeks, if it got itchy i used a tank top under it. I gradually took it off like i would take it off for an hour and see how i felt then longer until i got used to being without it. Of course that was per drs. orders too.

I wasn't given one and when I asked for one the surgeon at Duke said they don't requests that patients wear them.

I woke up from surgery with mine on. I was advised to wear it for 2 weeks.

Never had one.

I never wore one either. Have been okay without it.

I wasn't given one either but I went out and bought one. It holds in the left side of me where my surgeon sewed the excess stomach to my muscle with GB. Holds my side in and helps with muscle pain.

I'm almost a month out and I wore my binder for a little over 2 weeks. It helps so much. I also, wore a tank top under mine for the itching. Much more comfortable[emoji4]
