Somebody noticed....

this may sound stupid. I'm getting banded on October 1st. I am on day 4 of my pre-op diet.

I saw someone here at work today, and she told me that she sees a difference in my face!! That made me feel so good, considering how lousy I've been feeling from not eating.

And I've noticed that my clothes feel looser.

Wow lovekatz.... That is great that it is noticable already... do you know how much weight you have lost so far? What kind of pre-op diet are you doing? Since you are doing so well already, it sounds like you will do terrific once you are banded...

I am allowed:

5 slimfast optima shakes per day

2 cups veggies

Water

2 cups regular coffee, then switch to decaf - with skim milk and splenda

beef/chicken broth

sugar free ice pops

sugar free Jello

any other drink that is diet/caffiene free

3 oz. of lean Protein (chicken or fish or 3 egg whites)

Today is day 5 of the pre-op diet and I'll tell you the truth, the hunger is REALLY going away! I'm totally surprised! I've had a terrible headache since I started, but I'm really feeling MUCH better. I have a lot more energy - I'm not napping as much as I was.

Ive been sleeping so good and on my second week 4day when i had my pre-op lab work i had lose 5pounds in one week and i cheat but I only cheat heatly foods but it not alot im still losing do you think thats bad its so hard for me.I try!
