You may want to add some carbs in if you are going to be doing an intense workout. Berries are a good choice maybe with your eggs and cheese.

Hey there. 2.5 months post op RNY. Tomorrow I start a boot camp work out program. I am trying to plan my food so that I have the energy I need. It's at 11 am so I think I can get two meals in. Anyone big into fitness. I am thinking of a shake and just before some eggs with cheese. And a shake after. Thoughts? Any help is appreciated.
